Share Your Ears

Share Your Ears

It’s not too late to get in on the fun. The Walt Disney Company’s Share Your Ears campaign for Make-A-Wish runs through Giving Tuesday on November 27, 2018. Take a photo showing off your “Mickey Mouse ears” – or any creative “ears” – and upload it to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. For every public post with #ShareYourEars, Disney will donate US $5 to Make-A-Wish,  for a total goal of US $3M – to grant even more wishes.

You may not know, but Make-A-Wish is near and dear to our hearts. Tina’s son was on the heart transplant list and he was granted his Make-A-Wish trip. His wish was to go see “Hamilton” on Broadway and boy, did it ever come true. This photo below still gives me chills. He’s post transplant now and doing fabulous. Don’t give away your shot and make sure you share your ears before tomorrow is over to help other children get their Wishes.

Dis Gals Epic Disney Weekend!

Dis Gals Epic Disney Weekend!

The Dis Gals Epic Disney Weekend is finally here!

Back in February when we first started planning it seemed like September was so far away, but here we are.

We can’t wait to see Happily Every After, it’s going to be a change from Wishes, but we’re sure it will be amazing! We are attending the Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party before the show. We’ll be sure to try ALL the desserts, for research purposes only.

Pandora-The World of Avatar is on the list for Friday. We’re so excited to see it and try Flight of Passage. We’ve heard it’s fantastic.

We’ll be in Epcot on Saturday, because Food & Wine! Need we say more?

Sunday it’s back to Animal Kingdom and then Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park.

Monday morning we may go to Disney Springs, then it’s back home and back to reality.

Follow along on our Epic Disney Weekend on Instagram and Facebook!
