Throwing it back to 2018. The year started out with so much uncertainty but miracles do happen and 2018 was the year for that.
Of course, both of us had Disney trips this year. I snuck in a trip with a friend during a work conference and then another trip with the family in August. Let’s just say it was warm.
Tina and her family ended 2018 with an epic trip to Walt Disney World that was almost two years in the making and much deserved.
We can’t wait to see what Disney adventures 2019 brings!

Last year was a magical year for both of us. We each took family trips to Walt Disney World in February and we went on our Dis Gals Epic Disney Weekend in the fall. It’s fun to look back at our year to see just how magical it was, especially when you want to go back! Here’s our Instagram Recap for 2017.
In January, I received a magical invitation to Disney Social Media Moms Celebration. It was our family’s first cruise and it was absolutely incredible.
Tina and her family went to Disneyland Paris in time for the 25th Anniversary and then took a Mediterranean Cruise on the Disney Magic.
Once the kids went back to school, we left our families and went on our Dis Gals Epic Disney Weekend. We stayed at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village and our room had a Savanna View. It was incredible to wake up and see zebras, giraffes, and wildebeest right outside. Staying at this resort was something I’ve always dreamed of doing and can now cross of my Disney Bucket list.
Also, something I never knew was a thing, Dole Whips with rum! Yes, Dole Whips with rum! They are staying on my Disney Bucket list for every trip.
Although we were there for only a few days and had torrential downpours on our first night, we had the best time and managed to get everything in that we wanted to do and see. We came home exhausted but very happy.
Pandora – The World of Avatar in Disney’s Animal Kingdom was beyond incredible and Flight of Passage just blew us away.
We can’t wait to see what new Disney Magic 2018 has in store!
